New Start

Ok well i'm starting over I took a break for one day and just fell off completely. So i'm starting over with everything. Hopefully this time I will reach my goal weight 160. I want to lose atleast 20 pounds by summer. So today is my first going back to the gym it felt good. So my plan is to get up every morning and go to the gym for about a hour and 30 minutes on the treadmill and the rest on the weight machines or whatever. yea I haven't gained much about 15 to 20 pounds. Which that's still bad but i'm gonna reach my of 20 Ibs by summer.
